Shipping & Returns – Tracy Frost Art
Free Delivery in Australia
All artwork prices displayed on the site already cover the cost of shipping anywhere in Australia.
Once you place an order you’ll receive an order‑confirmation email from Tracy Frost Art, followed shortly by a dispatch notice sent directly from our trusted freight partner. We aim to acknowledge every order within one (1) business day. Your piece will be packed and handed over to the carrier within five (5) business days of confirmation, and should arrive at your door within fourteen (14) business days. Occasional delays with the carrier or Australia Post can occur – we appreciate your patience. Our courier delivers to street addresses only. If you prefer Australia Post, we can accommodate a PO Box.

No International Orders
At present we ship exclusively within Australia. International shipping is not available - please contact us to express your interest on ordering internationally and we may revise this policy in the future based on demand.
Insurance
Every artwork is fully insured while in transit. Should a piece suffer damage en route, let us know within the returns window and we’ll arrange a replacement (or a commission‑based repair for originals). Please photograph the outer packaging before opening the parcel and the artwork itself once removed – this helps us process any claim swiftly. Insurance applies only for the period the artwork is being shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each original is a one‑off, handcrafted creation, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change‑of‑mind reasons.
Ageing & natural wear – Over time, all artworks develop a subtle patina as the medium settles; this is a normal part of the piece’s life and is not grounds for a return.
If an item arrives damaged, you must:
Photograph the sealed package and the damage inside.
Email the images and a brief description to tracyfrost@tracyfrostart.com.au within seven (7) days of receipt.
We will then organise a replacement or discuss a commission‑based solution for originals.
Returned items must be sent back using a trackable, insured carrier, and you must supply the tracking number. Refunds are only processed once the artwork is received in its original condition and packaging.
